When Serbian banking sector has undergone significant changes, and mid-sized banks have merged forming large conglomerates, Banca Intesa’s was challenged to maintain leadership in the market. Our task was to reinforce its position and assure clients of its superiority. We used Banca Intesa’s global concept, “joyful dilemma”, but with a refreshing approach and a new narrative twist. We partnered with renowned Serbian violinist, Stefan Milenkovic, to spotlight Banca Intesa’s enhanced services and digital banking. The campaign underscores dilemmas as delightful choices, emphasizing our unrivaled market position with the slogan, “WHEN IT COMES TO THE BANK, THERE’S NO DILEMMA.”
