Driving under the influence of alcohol is often followed by familiar excuses that drivers use to justify their behaviour, such as “I only had one” or “I’m just five minutes away,” relying on universal experiences and well-known behavioural patterns. Simply reminding people of the consequences of irresponsible drinking is not always enough, which is why we decided to deliver a clear message exactly where the decision is made – in the parking lot after a night out, at one of the city’s most popular hotspots, Gastroshor.
As part of the campaign “When you drink never drive” we created a unique ZERO HERO concept that creatively and engagingly promotes responsibility and zero tolerance for excuses when it comes to driving under the influence. Through symbolic “locks” placed on cars, accompanying messages, parking signage, and surveys, we encouraged drivers to confront their choice directly before getting behind the wheel.
The campaign evolved into a strong call for personal responsibility, recognizing true road heroes – those responsible individuals who don’t drive even after “just one beer”.
