At Executive Group, he has served and advised leadership of Philip Morris International, Holcim, McKinsey & Co, Genzyme, Rio Tinto, Al Dahra, Eagle Hills, Erste Bank, Advent International, DDOR, Societe Generale, IKEA, Lidl, Metro Cash & Carry, Qatari Diar and many other multinational corporations across most critical functions. Darko brings 20+ years of experience in strategic management consulting, public affairs, branding, marketing and digital. Prior to founding Executive Group in 2002, Darko worked at McKinsey&Co. in the US and earned degree in Finance and Psychology from Rutgers University.
Sanja spearheaded development of Executive Group into Serbia’s leading integrated communication consultancy. With over 22 years of experience in communications and public affairs Sanja served as one of Executive Group’s leads since the very beginning of the advisory business. She has worked on developing integrated communications services portfolio and clients’ base of major international companies operating in Serbia, building Executive Group through development of its people, top quality service and client base.
Sanja is lead advisor to major international clients and works with CEOs and communication teams on designing strategic communication platforms, public and corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and ESG strategies.
Prior to joining Executive Group Sanja acquired a broad experience in international environment in Serbia working for different Italian, US and Austrian organizations. Sanja holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield and was awarded a prestigious business accolade “Kapetan Misa Anastasijevic” as the leading business woman in Belgrade.
Holding B.Sc. in Public Relations and M.Sc. in Marketing Management, and with the background in international professional debating over the several years, Vesna works for almost 15 years in strategic advisory, strategic communications, reputation management, public affairs, crisis communications, as well as creative communications campaigns leadership and digital. Spotted by Executive Group in her early career she has become youngest agency partner and for the last 10 years she is advisor to some of the key Clients, mostly in the spheres of tech, finance, FMCG and lifestyle. Within Executive Group’s team, she is also in charge of leading Agency’s brand, business development, new service portfolio and overseeing finance. She is passionately devoted to innovation, both in internal work and Client work, and is leading most of the Agency’s development projects and endeavors.
Dejan joined the Executive Group team in 2010, after a multi-year career in the field of public relations during which he gained exceptional knowledge of corporate reputation management, crisis communications and building relationships with key stakeholders. As a consultant for some of the world's most famous brands, such as MasterCard, Erste Banka, Vip Mobile, Lactalis, Philip Morris, Visa Inc, British American Tobacco, Sony, Samsung, Discovery Network Europe, he managed a whole range of projects in the field of corporate communications, in various industries including the financial sector, energy, IT and FMCG. He managed the implementation of projects in the field of corporate communications for several foreign investors in Serbia and the region of Southeast Europe. He started his career in the field of public relations after a period of work in the state administration, in the Information Sector of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade.
Marko has twelve-year experience of delivering integrated communication projects, both external and internal, for numerous Clients in different industries. Creative and highly motivated communicator, with a wide-ranging background in strategic communication and advisory, corporate and brand communication, digital, creative campaign, crisis communication, government relation and public affairs. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, after which he completed Master studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department of Marketing and Public Relations.
Dusica is an advertising expert in brand strategy, account planning and integrated communications campaigns. Dusica brings her experience in strategic planning from advertising industry. Previously she worked as a strategic planner at Energy BBDO in Chicago, where she worked on some of the world’s top brands from various industries such as Wrigley, SC Johnson, Bayer, Papermate etc. At Executive Group her knowledge and skills contributed to numerous brands and clients Erste Bank, Banca Intesa, PMI, Galenika, SR Technics, Belgrade Waterfront, Pestan, Ball Packaging, Selecta, dr Milk etc. She graduated from Blackburn College in the US with B.A in marketing and minor in Spanish, also she further specialized in strategic planning at the prestigious school for advertising Miami Ad School, San Francisco.
Tanja was one of the first people to join Executive Group and her role in developing the company has been instrumental. In 2003, when she joined the Agency, Tanja took on the role of Office Manager, helping establish all of Executive Group operations. Over the years, her responsibility and hard work were of particular contribution to the financial management of Executive Group, earning her the position of Finance Director that she currently holds. Tanja is in charge of managing the Agency's assets and finances in accordance with business policy. In her capacity as Finance Director, she is responsible for allocating cash, compiling regular financial flow plans, as well as reporting on executed plans. Tanja is also preparing and analyzing the financial reports for the Agency's management, supervising basic accounting, keeping records of incoming and outgoing invoices, subcontractors contracting, processing travel expenses, etc. One of Tanja's duties is also representing the company in front of all relevant institutions (such as tax offices, courts, banks, etc.) and mentoring, supervising, and counseling employees in the implementation of financial procedures of the Agency.
