The Agency was in charge of organizing CeraVe’s introduction into the Serbian and Slovenian markets as well as educating the public about all the advantages of this well-known American dermo-cosmetic brand’s products through PR and influencer marketing.
The much-anticipated brand that used to be a cherished souvenir from trips abroad required a high-profile debut in both markets. Also, the task was to introduce ceramides to generation Z as the new must-have skincare ingredient in a beauty routine. Therefore, we used all communication channels – Instagram, Tiktok, and traditional media outlets – to approach both teenagers and adults. We recruited over 20 influencers from various niches, including the most popular ones in both markets, to develop content specifically for the brand’s target audience. The followers waited impatiently for the reviews from Jelena Nikolić, Vojislav Lepojevic, skinfluencers Jelena Sazdanović Sušić and Danijela Nikolić in Serbia, while the campaign stars in Slovenia were Tika Hribar, Katja Grudnik, Nives Orešnik, Maja Pinterič.
Results: The campaign generated 829 social media posts – 438 in Serbia and 391 in Slovenia – with a total reach of 429,706, and 71 media articles.
